Then the fun begins as new students write code to move Anna and Elsa around and etch patterns onto the ice. The program uses colorful, simplified blocks of code that snap together like virtual lego pieces.
It's pretty cool — you start off by drawing a single line and finish by coding pieces.
Once you've completed all 20 steps, you get a nifty certificate to share on social media.
The campaign marks the beginning of Computer Science Education Week, which works to inspire future computer scientists, especially girls. During the first week of December, classes will have the chance to chat with tech-savvy celebrities including Usher, Karlie Kloss and Ashton Kutcher.
